We charge competitive rates and are always checking out what other tutors and agencies charge to ensure that you get the best rate possible.

We will always offer a free 15 minute consultation where we will spend some time building a rapport with your child to see if we are a good fit, and that you are happy with what we offer. There will be no tutoring involved, but it will be a get to know you session and also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and clarify any information. Please let us know if this is something you would be interested in.

Tutoring sessions are to be booked and prepaid in advance for a month with school holidays being optional. During the academic year, we will ask if you would like a full month or just the weeks that are during term time only. In August, if you’d like summer holiday tutoring, please let us know (if and as soon as you can) how many sessions you would like so an invoice can be prepared.

Our fees as of April 2025 are: (subject to Terms and Conditions)

1:1 Online tutoring

£40 for one hour for Key Stage 2 and 3

£45 for 1 hour of GCSE tutoring

Small group tutoring

£20 for one hour

Fees breakdown:

Fully qualified experienced teacher with enhanced DBS, with in date safeguarding and Prevent training certificates

Lesson planning time

Business subscriptions such as TutorBird for invoicing, Zoom for Business, BitPaper and White Rose Maths

Training for Continued Professional Development such as safeguarding and subject knowledge

Enhanced DBS fees on the yearly update service

Charity donations to Alzheimer’s Research and The World Land Trust (at no extra cost to you)
